Happy 10th Birthday
Wil
Left to right: Waylon, Wil, John, Lamar,
Josh.  Missing in Action was Paul.
To the far left there's a skater that fell off the
ramp and face first into the cake.  The other
two are skating the half pipe.  It was my first
attempt at making a cake with fondant and
also molding a half pipe.  I've learned some
tips from my Aunt  Joyce.
Wil skating in the pit.
Set of tek decks from Grammie Jan and
Papa Bill.  They are mini skateboards that
kids like to use with their fingers to do tricks.
Kids also like to collect them.
He collected a total of $120 from Grammie
Linda; Grammie Joyce; Aunt Melissa, Uncle
Roger, Quinton and Shelby; Papa Stan and
Grammie Robin; Aunt Mary and Uncle Skip;
Waylon, John and Paul; and Lamar.  Aunt
Mary and Uncle Skip also made another
contribution to his college fund (THANK YOU
M&S).
As soon as we got home that night, we went
online and bought him a pair of nice skate
shoes (helps him ride his board better).  He
he also spent some on junk food (c'mon he
did buy his own shoes), a device called a tail
devil (it attaches to the tail of the skateboard
and when it touches the ground it throws
sparks) and some other small items.
